Strange...

Ok so this is probably weird to some people and it's weird for me so just listen

I have an IPad 2 or 3 idk and it's on IOS 9.3.5

Well...for some reason I can download IMovie and I have downloaded it.

BUT it says I can download an IOS 10 version. And I'm like what?!?!

I don't have a device with IOS 10 and I don't use family sharing.

So can someone tell me why we can't download Garage Band but we can download I Movie?!
