Can you search for a particular password in Keychain?

Hello,

If this possible, could someone tell me how to do it? If not, it would be great to be able to use keychain to help you when you have a security issue with a password to be able to find which account(s) use a given password that you have created (say if you have one that is not a Keychain supplied password, but you saved it in Keychain).
