Macbook Pro 15" 2015 Graphics Problem

My MacBook Pro 15" 2015 have graphics problem. It starts as a screen tearing and turning screen on and off. It happened when I was just browsing web.

It has been in Apple Store for diagnostics and they just reinstalled OS and said that it hasn’t appeared to them since. They suggested that I shouldn't reinstall OS from TimeMachine Backup. And I didn’t and it still is appearing to me. Im really disappointed with Apple because I need to travel to Apple Store and I had to twice just for diagnostic which didn’t resolve anything.

And I didn’t expected that top of the line MacBook Pro will have this issue just after 2.5 years.
