Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
When the Apple TV remote battery is under 20%, a notification pops up on screen when I turn the TV on. This is nice, but then I sit down to watch TV and forget about the remote battery later.
It would also be nice if when I manually put the TV to sleep, it reminded me there too. That way I’d remember to plug in the remote.
The notification will repeat until it’s recharged and will come at different intervals.
My suggestion is to show the notification on the sleep confirmation screen, not after the device is off, obviously.
Good idea to use the feedback channel. I wasn't sure the best place to offer a product suggestion.
I can attest that it does on both of my systems, it may not be programmed to do so before putting it to sleep but it repeats itself enough to be a reminder. However, if enough were to give feedback they may look into that feature.

It does repeat, but it does not come at different intervals. It shows only when the Apple TV is turned on, which is not when it's convenient to charge the remote.
