Can't Hear Ringtone On InCall

Iphone 7 plus

Version 11.4.1

I have tried to open all sounds from settings and I also cheched if my phone was in silent or do not disturb mode. When someone calls me I can't hear any ringtone or vibrations.

Thank you for replying but I solved it . Here is the answer : Go to settings>sounds and haptics>Ringtone and change ringtone to a classic one.

Kostasfromkoizavn,

Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics. Verify that "Change with Buttons" is on.

Then, when a call comes in, use the volume buttons on the side of the phone to make it louder.
