Mac mini (late 2014) does not boot, only turn on white led in the front, no chime

The last week I was updating my Mac mini with a system software update, don't remember what was it for, and at some point there was a power cut before the update finished. After that, when I turn on the Mac mini, it turns on the white led, but there is no chime and there is no signal in the monitor. I have an Apple wired keyboard and a Black Mamba wired optical mouse, please help!, any suggestion will be appreciated.

Mac mini, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

You could reset the PRAM aka NVRAM as follows - Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

You could also try rebooting from the Recovery Partition and reinstalling the operating system without erasing the drive.

Hi, I did try to reset the NVRAM by following the directions and the problem persist, also tried to enter Recovery mode by pressing Cmd-R and the other key combinations, I tried 5 times each key combination but the problem still persist. Sorry if I didn't mention before that the keyboard caps-lock does not turn green when pressed and the optical mouse also does not turn any light on, it seems that they does not get power.
