How do I see my photos on the cloud

If you are using iCloud Photo Library, your Photos on your phone would be in the Photos app, and you should see an "All Photos" album. To see the same photos on iCloud, go to iCloud.com via a browser on any computer, sign into your iCloud/Apple ID, tap on the Photos icon to see your photos.

Be aware that iCloud Photos Library is a sharing/syncing service, not an archival one, so anything you do on either iCloud.com or on any iOS device or computer runnning iCloud Photos Library will be executed across the board. So, for example, if you delete a photo from your phone, it will be deleted everywhere else.
