Macbook Pro 13" Freeze 2018

My Macbook Pro 13" with Touchbar froze five times and I've just bought it 2 weeks ago. First two times it froze when I was watching an MKV file on VLC, so I changed from VLC to MPV and it didn't freeze for a few days. Then today it froze twice when I was watching videos on MPV.


Four out of five times it froze while watching a video on either VLC or MPV, the other time it just froze when I had FL Studio open.


My laptop is on the newest update and the only way to get out of the frozen screen is a cold reboot with the power button. This is very frustrating as I have tried all troubleshoot options including Apple's safeboot which detected no issues with my hardware.


Do you guys think its a software issue or is it just an issue with the new hardware of the new Macbooks?

Test in another user account if you didn't. This will help determine if the issue is user specific or system wide.
