Slight Water Damage to Macbook Air and now Bluetooth and Battery not recognised by Macbook Air.

My roommate dropped water on my laptop so it became unresponsive and could not power on. Then after a few hours it turned on but some keys were not working. Then even after a couple of hours, all the keys started working. The macbook was working completely well.

The next morning, I turned on my laptop and the fan was very loud, the bluetooth was not available and the charger was not lighting up. I attempted an Apple Diagonistics Test and then it said that there may be issues with the System Management Controller (SMC) as the battery was not detected and an issue with the bluetooth hardware.

Any help on what I can do?
