Rear camera is blurry

Iphone 6 rear camera is blurry. Can anyone help on the fix of this issue.

Make sure the lens is clean and that you aren't using a case. If there are still issues, make an appointment at an Apple Store to have the device evaluated so they can give you the options you have.
