How do I download this app?

There is a banking app called Members 1st. And since I got a new phone & a new number it won’t let me download it because it keeps sending a message to my old number so I can. It says account recovery. But it i can’t recover my account because I’m using a different number and don’t have any access to my old number. Please help.
