"Find My Friends"

I use this often, icon has suddenly disappeared!?! Have looked on every page of every folder, not there -- I didn't have it in a folder originally, just right on homepage, but thought maybe somehow accidentally dragged it somewhere else.

When I go to App Store, cannot download it, can only open it. This is getting tedious!

Recovered all my data from iCloud account (since I had no acces to my laptop to do it via iTunes) and all is fine EXCEPT find my friends app icon being ....well gone. When I search for it via spotlight it only pops up on App Store. When I open App Store it shows I already have it (button “open”). When I tap it Find my friends opens immediately and works fine. that is the only way to open it!it is also not visible in memory management. Find My Friends has disappeared Find My Friends has disappeared from my iPhone 8 after the last update. The icon is gone, it is gone from my purchased list, and in the App Store there is not an icon that is the same as the one I had. All of the Find type apps say Get instead of open, which is what it should say since I already had the app. I still have it on my iPad, but totally disappeared from my iPhone. How do I get it back?

Check inside all of your folders on the home screen. Remember there are multiple pages inside of folders if you swipe left also. You can also use spotlight search and that would tell you what folder the app may be in.
