Iphone 6

got screen fixed on Iphone 6 and did a reset because it is a used device, after reset completed setup on device and now after charging to 100% screen flashes battery and charging symbol and sometimes flashes white.tried holding home and volume key. How can I fix? I do not know the operating system. this is my 1st Iphone

Who replaced the display? If it was done by someone other than Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider, your phone is now unsupportable. Apple won't touch it.

Take it back to whoever replaced the display. There was either more damage than just the screen, or whoever "repaired" it borked the job.
