Why would ear buds shock and burn the inside of my ears on the Iphone X? I am guessing because they made it so the earbuds plug into the charging port. This was not a good idea. I am in horrible pain. Why would they create a phone without a separate port for the headphones. This was not static shock and my house is not dry at all. This was a electrical type shock that caused burns in my ears.

Even a headphone jack transmits power, in fact the same power that the Lightning jack does. The fact that you charge the phone with that port does not mean that the port is transferring the same amount of power to your years. If you have used earbuds with a headphone jack you got the same amount of power.
Make an appointment with your doctor.
The point was I have used earbuds almost everyday since my very first IPhone and have never had this experience until I had with the IPhone 10. It was not a little shock it was a horrible painful shock when I plugged the buds into the IPhone X which I will never do again. By the way, I don't need you to tell me to go to the doctor.
