iPhone won’t save cropped photos

So Basically, I screenshot something then I crop it by dragging the lines. After that, I click on the Okay or whatever on the top left corner. When I first used it, it worked fine but now, whenever I crop my photos, it stays cropped for a day. How do I fix this, because I’m really mad at Apple for this stupid mistake.

Unable to save Photo Markup I am unable to save markups in Photo. I have force-quit the app and restarted my iPad. I have tried several photos without success. iPad Pro 12.9”, 1st gen, iOS 13.3.1.
