When you send a new iMessage, what personal information can the recipient see?

If you’ve set your mobile phone number (linked to Apple ID) as the “start new messages from” (as shown in the picture), and you send an iMessage to a new contact (who doesn’t have your contact info saved), can they see your apple ID or email or any other info? Sometimes Siri suggests: “This new contact may be XYZ”, does the Apple ID or name show up there?
