Hi, my USB Superdrive is working on my MacBook Air, but not anymore on my iMac?

Using the same cable? Plugging it directly in and not using a hub? dumb question but is it right side up? What year iMac?

Well, other than trying different ports I don't know. Especially if it's working in your MacBook.
yes all the above, always worked on iMac, suddenly not anymore. Late 2013 model
