i enabled file sharing between 2 user accounts on my new 2017 macbook pro (OS X high sierra) but i don't see a shared folder option when i open the finder window. what am i doing wrong? thanks.

there are 2 users (guest and mememe) that don't show up when i chose what share. so i guess this is why the files are marked and inaccessible. why don't those users show up to select for sharing? i don't even see those users on the original computer.
What did you set up in File Sharing?
The only thing you would see would be the folders you shared from one user to another.
There isn't going to be some sort of added place in the Finder.
The user just has access to the folders you shared with them.
this is what i'm seeing in my finder window. i don't see the hard drive.
okay i found it. but i don't see the desktop of the other user where the files are that i want to access.
Open a new Finder window (command-n) and put the 2 Finder windows side-by-sice, so it's easy to work with.
where are my shared folders?
