Fast charging Iphone X/XS

Hello.

Need to fast charge Iphone X from wall charger, powerbank and car charger.

Does any wall charger, powerbank and car charger can fast charge X if it has USB-C and 29W+?

If no, what are the requirements to be fulfilled to do so?

Do other USB-C to Lightning cables (like Anker or Deppa) fast charge X about the same as original?
