for some reason whenever my music is shuffle it keeps repeating the same song ove and over someone plz help

Hey Anthony, are you sure you’re turning on shuffle and not repeat? Be sure shuffle Is turned on and repeat isn’t. Please let me know if you do have it correct and it’s still repeating the same song.

Hey Anthony, While you are listening to a song and title page is open, swipe from the bottom and there is a Up Next and then there is the shuffle and repeat section.

Look at the one next to the the second picture, if there’s one there that means it's on repeat. Tap that and it should turn the repeat off.
