I need a way to turn on my keychain I don’t have access to my previous iPhone since it broke my registered number is old and needs to be updated and I forgot my 4 digit access code
On a computer, System Preferences/iCloud, Keychain/Options and change the number there.
On your device, go to Settings → Your Name → iCloud → Keychain and switch Keychain off then on again.
Tap "Approve with Security Code", tap "Forgot Code" and then tap "Reset".
Follow the instructions to reset iCloud keychain and create a new passcode.
You will then be prompted to update to your new number.

You will have to choose the option to reset keychain if you don't have the information to authenticate yourself. Doing this will allow keychain to work moving forward, but you may have to re-enter some of your passwords as you go along. Good luck!
