I can't help wondering whether you, and some of the other posters here, mean passcode - the four or six digit number you used to lock your individual device (nothing to do with your Apple ID) and which you need to unlock it.
If you have forgotten your passcode, Apple cannot help you since it is is stored only on the device: you will have to erase it. Please see:
https://support.apple.com/HT204306
Of course, if you really do mean postcode, it's part of your physical address in some countries and you will have to find out what it is from your postal service.

Postcodes are part of your address. Only you can know your own postcode.
If your country does not use postcodes in addresses and the Apple ID creation, or some other Apple service is asking you for one, then you selected the wrong country.
A postcode, also known as a postal code, Eircode, pin or zip code is a number that identifies a specific region served by the mail service in a country. Its part of an address such as:
234 Kengsinton Road, 54372, Charlotte ,North Carolina, U.S.A

Read the thread you replied to. A Postcode is part of your address. You are supposed to put your own postcode number there. If your country does not use postcodes in addresses and the Apple ID creation, or some other Apple service is asking you for one, then you selected the wrong country.
