I can't help wondering whether you, and some of the other posters here, mean passcode - the four or six digit number you used to lock your individual device (nothing to do with your Apple ID) and which you need to unlock it.
If you have forgotten your passcode, Apple cannot help you since it is is stored only on the device: you will have to erase it. Please see:

Of course, if you really do mean postcode, it's part of your physical address in some countries and you will have to find out what it is from your postal service.

Do you live in Belgium? If so, you should know your own address. If you don't live there and are trying to create an Apple ID for Belgium, that's not going to work either. You need to set up your Apple ID in the country where you are living.

Again, postcodes are part of your address, only you would know what your postcode is, or if you used a fake one, what you used.

If you do know know your own address, there's little we can do to help you.
If you live somewhere that doesn't use post codes, you're trying to create an account in the wrong country's store.
