I can't help wondering whether you, and some of the other posters here, mean passcode - the four or six digit number you used to lock your individual device (nothing to do with your Apple ID) and which you need to unlock it.
If you have forgotten your passcode, Apple cannot help you since it is is stored only on the device: you will have to erase it. Please see:
https://support.apple.com/HT204306
Of course, if you really do mean postcode, it's part of your physical address in some countries and you will have to find out what it is from your postal service.

Read the very thread you replied to:
A postcode, also known as a postal code, Eircode, pin or zip code is a number that identifies a specific region served by the mail service in a country. Its part of an address such as:
234 Kengsinton Road, 54372, Charlotte ,North Carolina, U.S.A
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postal_code
Only you can know your own post code as its part of your address. If your country does not use postcodes, and the Apple ID creation, or some other Apple service is asking you for one, then you selected the wrong country.

You don't. If they are used in your country, they are created by your country's postal service.
Did you read any of this thread before posting? If not, why not?
It's part of your billing address. If you don't think you have postcodes where you live contact iTunes Support
how i can to get postcode?
If you don't know what a postcode (called a zip code in the U.S.) is and you're being asked for one while trying to create an Apple ID, you're most likely trying to create an Apple ID for the wrong country.

Postcodes are specific to the selected country. If you have selected the U.S> then only U.S. post codes will be found as valid.
If you are sure the country you have selected is the one for your postcode, then contact iTunes Support: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Why can't you find it ? A postcode is part of your billing address.
