On my iPad Pro, how do I reset the onscreen keyboard to its default settings witho having to do a reinstall? Is that even possible?

Make sure Predictive text is turned on in Settings->General->Keyboard->Predictive Text.
And note, that predictive text does not work in every App. Its up to the App, to support it and allow it.
If it works in Notes for instance then its working correctly.
Pages does not however support the predictive text option. Word may not either.

I can’t seem to get it to remember (or display at the top of the keyboard) things that it used to, like email address, home address, phone numbers, etc. I have tried to reset and add my own shortcuts but it never seems to work. This mostly seems to occur when I am using apps such as Word, Excel, Pages and Numbers. Any advice is appreciated.
There are no settings to alter for the onscreen keyboard, so nothing really to reset.
