Has anyone come across a good third party lightning to headphone connector? It's getting SUPER annoying to switch earbuds when I have to go from listening on my iPhone8 to my MacBook Pro.

That does not exist.
Technical limitations make going from an analog signal (like the 3.5mm headphone jack produces) to a digital one for the lightning headphones a process intensive task which would require extra hardware to do. No adapter would be capable of that on its own.
That's the opposite of what I'm asking for. I'm trying to find an adapter that allows my new lightning headphones to plug into my old MacBook headphone jack. So essentially female lightning to male headphone.
