Live Listen with AirPods
Bluetooth is on, AirPods are paired and charged, Live Listen still says, "Off"...how do I turn it on?

I understand that you are wanting to use the Live Listen feature. The following steps can help you do so.
If you already have iOS 12, go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls and tap the Hearing option plus symbol.
Then open Control Center and tap the ear emblem to turn on Live Listen. When you check the battery status for your AirPods, you can confirm if the feature is enabled.
