Storage of IPhone 8

If I am not going to use my IPhone 8 for 6 months, will my battery be ok when I try recharge it ? Anything special I should do while It is unsed for 6 months

Then have a read through the link I provided in my previous post; it gives you the full details for how to store it.


At worst, the phone would need a battery replacement if it doesn't come back to life after being stored.

Apple recommends charging it to 50% or so, power it off and storing it in a dry space at a temperature no higher than 90 degrees. More details are at the bottom of the link below.


If it was me....I would sell it, unless you're planning to keep it until it dies. If you're planning to upgrade in the next year or so, you'll get more money selling it privately now than in 6 months.
