Entfernte Verwaltung

mein iPhone SE iOS 12.0 ( F17SCRMEH2XN) derzeit ist blockiert.. steht nur „ entfernte Verwaltung „Coty US llc „ konfiguriert dein iPhone automatisch..“ aber ich habe NIE diese Coty benutzt , ich habe da kein Profile . Ich Apple Store frankfurt hat niemand mir geholfen . Wie kann ich dieses Problem lösen?

iPhone зависает, если он не заряжается появилась такая проблема то что он на 30 процентах начал глючить потом через некоторое время начал лагать на 69 процентах, когда сидишь на зарядке то все ОК. Кто может подсказать в чем может быть проблема [Re-Titled by Moderator]
