So I have just updated my AppleTV to TVoS 12. Following the update the Kids Icon in Netflix is no longer showing up.
It‘s still visable on all my other iOS apps.
When i add a new user and tag as kids account this show up okay.
Deleting the App and install fresh does not solve the issue.
Any suggestions?

I’ve noticed that too. It would be an issue with the Apple TV app, which Netflix would need to fix. The more that contact them the quicker they will look into it, if they haven’t already.
I have just noticed this very same issue, i haven't yet updated to TVOS 12 though, so it's likely a problem with the latest version of the netflix app itself.
Yes, any issues would be with the app itself so in each case the developer needs to be notified.
This morning when I switched on the AppleTV and opened Netflix the Kids Icon have miraculously reappeared.
