You can take a screenshot, just not a live photo.

They removed it! Now I can no longer taking screenshot of my daughter!!!

My husband and I both have 5s iPhones and both downloaded the update for iOS 12. He can still take Live Photo’s from FaceTime but I cannot. I don’t even have the option to turn them on/off in FaceTime setting, but he does. Weird!
Agreed. I loved the live photo in facetime before. Updates are supposed to be an improvement not a step back. I hope they bring it back or I wish I could go back to the previous revision. I called apple and complained and the rep didn't even know what I was talking about.
