I have an iPhone SE running 11.4.1, and yesterday, my LTE suddenly stopped fully functioning: I can receive messages but cannot send messages, cannot connect to Safari, cannot load apps, etc. Everything functions on WiFi. I have restarted the phone, reset the network, turned cellular data off and on, and turned airplane mode off and on. None of those "fixes" worked. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TYA.

WiFi working both ways but with cellular only receive incoming and unable to send anything sounds like your cellular account may be barred by your provider. Contact your network.

It's not allways the phone, sometimes the carrier's servers are down. The best information can you get over the carrier-forum.
Thanks. I did contact Verizon, and after troubleshooting, we figured out that my SIM card had died. Just put a new one in, and everything is good to go.
