os x app store menu bar lost

It's been a while I using the latest OS X High Sierra version as I always apply updates as soon as it released. And yesterday I found the menu bar, or say navigation bar, what ever name is that should be on the top of my App Store was lost. Moreover, the layout of App Store page became strange, while links & buttons inside are still functioning. How to deal with this? How to reset my App Store to normal?

Hi,

A Safe Mode boot deletes system caches that can help.

To start up in safe mode:

  1. Start or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key. The Apple logo appears on your display. If you don't see the Apple logo, learn what to do.
  2. Release the Shift key when you see the login window. If your startup disk is encrypted with FileVault.

To leave safe mode, restart your Mac without pressing any keys during startup.

Then try the App Store.
