Safari troubles

This is odd...

When I try to navigate to www.ctfs.com with Safari on my Mac Pro or iPhone on my home network I get "Safari can't find the server". But I can reach it with Chrome on my Mac Pro.

If I turn off wifi on my iPhone and connect my MacPro to the wifi hotspot it works fine. Also works fine from Safari on my iPhone on LTE.

So the combination of Safari, my router and my modem don't work but Safari does work on the cell network.

Yet Chrome, my router and my modem do work.

I've reset Safari, cleared history, cache etc. Doesn't help.

It's only this one website: www.ctfs.com

Any ideas?

Mac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Isolating an issue by using another user account

Safe Mode - About

Safe Mode Startup – El Capitan. also Sierra

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

I set up another admin account and I still got the error "Safari can't find the server"

I restarted in Safe Mode and then I was able to navigate to www.ctfs.com but I did get the error a couple times while navigating around the site.

Etresoft gives a warning about personal information in reports so I don't feel comfortable posting that.
