Turn off universal clipboard (only)?

Hi. Continuity/Handoff is useful. However, I don't think it should be all or nothing. Universal Clipboard causes me problems with my clipboard manager, Copy'em Paste, which is indispensable to me (more important than Handoff). Universal Clipboard results in duplicates when my Macbook and Macmini are near each other—I get duplicate clips.
