I updated to the iOS 12 and I don’t have the Animoji / Memoji ? Help please !

You failed to tell us what model iPhone you have.

Animoji / Memoji require an iPhone X or later.

Use Animoji on your iPhone X and later - Apple Support

You have to have an iPhone X or newer.
