how to upgrade mac os x lion 10.7.5 to 10.10 because my app store is not working?

10.10 is no longer available for download. Have you updated your payment information in the App Store, you need to do this before you can upgrade your Mac, but as you are on Lion you need to use another Mac with a newer OS and login to the App Store using the Apple ID you use on your Lion Mac, then update your payment information. Once you have done that then you go back to your Lion Mac. Depending on the age of your Mac you might only be able to upgrade to El Capitan or if it qualifies you may be able to get Sierra. High Sierra is the current OS but you can only upgrade to that if you are running El Capitan or Sierra. Check the specifications of your Mac and look at these links.
