My settings says Wi-Fi and our Wi-Fi has a lock and a Wi-Fi icon and a circle with i inside....keeps going off Wi-Fi every 3 mins

If it is just your Wi-Fi, and it works on other networks, you’ve got a problem with your router. Have you done any of these troubleshooting steps yet?

• Restart your router by removing all power for 30 seconds
• Tried very close to the router
• Tried individually on the 2.6 Ghz band and 5 GHz bands (you may have to rename one of them to do this)
• Read this article on interference—>Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support
• Forget the network, restart your phone, then reconnect
• Settings/General/Reset - Reset network settings

my 5s has been dropping wifi now since latest update i cant connect i tried shutting wifi off and rebooting phone and turning back on, tried turning router off than back on, tried settings factory reset

in settings shows connected arrow but screen does not show wifi symbol. cant even connect to home wifi

I have a similar problem with my 6. We have a 6s & an old iPad2 with no problems. Started with the 11.0.4 update. Currently have IOS 12. Talked to Apple Support for some time, doing all the resets. Doing the Factory Reset brought some signal strength back, but only on 2G band. 5G drops even worse. When I get about 20 feet from the router, it starts to drop out & back, depending on how I hold my phone!

Have you tried to restart your wifi router?

I am having the same issue. I go to 'settings' and turn WiFi off, but as sson as I am near a hotspot that I previously used the wifi turns itself on and connects. I use devices in my car that are wifi hotspots but I do not need them all the time, and I use apps on my phone that need the 4g data connection so I can track movement. Why does Apple think I need to connect to a wifi hotspot if its available? I don't want the hassle of deleting all my hotspots, I only want to connect to WiFi when I want to, not when Apple 'thinks' its best.

This is happening to me as well, but it only seems to be 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands that is doing it on I’ve tried restarting I’ve tried turning it on and off the Wi-Fi but it will not just reconnect to a 5 GHz

I have the XsMax. The latest update 12.1.2 is now causing this issue and is affecting Bluetooth as well. Bluetooth will keep the beats3 headphones still connected but sound will come out the phone. this in addition to the wifi issue is very very very annoying.

My MacBook Air (2018 model) will not connect to my wireless internet. My brother and sister with the same computer are able to connect to the internet and I am not sure why I am not able to do so. I have turned my wifi off and on and restarted my computer several times.

Mi iPhone 6s absolutely will not stay connected to wi-fi. Half the time it won’t even show wi-fi and give me an option to connect. I have reset router. I’ve downloaded 12.3. I’ve reset wi-fi setting on phone. Now I can’t even reset my phone.

I have a iPhone 6 that is behaving in the same manner, coupled with the problem of periodically having to reestablish the wifi about every 1/2 hour on the iMac and have restarted the wifi each time. I don't know the answer but have submitted the question at "support" but have not had a response. Even sent data from my network to support and received no response. I was sent a wifi booster from my phone service to boost the signal. No out of pocket cost for the unit but data charges will apply. I seem to have fallen into a paradoxical universe that does not support my old equipment. Perhaps I should update each time there is new equipment on the horizon. Need Yang to provide the "dividend" each month!

All of my apple devices are having wifi problems. It is not my router because everything else tied to the wifi works fine. It is something to do with the iOs 13 update. Has anyone heard of a patch coming soon?

A patch is unlikely, because hundreds of millions of iPhones do not have your problem.

Try restarting your router. And test the phones on other networks. It it works at Starbucks the problem is your router.

2iphones and a iPad all screwed up on WiFi with new update everything else works on router but all 3the password is wrong have checked router and reset network on all any other ideals I repeat it is not the ROUTER was update 13.1.2
