ios12 Bluetooth-iPhone X

Updated to ios12 today and if I go into settings and tap Bluetooth the screen blanks out for a few seconds then goes back to the homepag. I’ve tried a hard reset several times, I’ve also tried resetting network settings. I’m aware it’s an update issue but does anyone have any other ideas to get around this system fault, I use Bluetooth for several different products and I’m unable to check if anything is connecte.
