making a form using numbers

Hi,

I am trying to make this form using Numbers.

The B3 cell has a Pop-up menu, having 5 items to select from.

When the user selects any one of the options from the Pop up menu, the rest of the 10 fields should get filled in automatically, with the preset values. Think this is possible in Numbers??

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

you could make a table with the main choice in the left hand column, then populate the hard coded choices that would appear in the other columns to the right

.

Then use vlookups in your main table to look up the users choice and bring back the appropriate column values for the others based on the data table.
