iPhone 7 charging but iPhone 7 headphones not working

Check the charging port for lint or other debris.

1) Open the Control Center

2) 3D press on the music controls

3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)

4) Select headphones

If "headphones" aren't listed, or it means that they aren't plugged in. Or if they are, it means that the port is clogged with lint or debris. Clean it out.
