iOS 12 - Why are no Battery Usage Percentages showing at all.

I recently updated to iOS12 and see that under Settings>Battery>Battery Usage by App NO Battery Usage Percentage is shown is shown at all! Tapping on Show Activity works fine, bringing up all the hours and minutes used. but tapping again on SHOW BATTERY USAGE still results in a blank column.

Anybody else having this problem? More importantly, any know why this is happening and how to fix it, if possible?

Thanks

Mac OS X (10.6.8), 2GB RAM

Well, SiHancock, you appear to be dog! And must a mighty clever one too. I thank you for your post and you are quite right. I plugged my iPhone to charge some more and indeed a few more percentages referring to apps appeared. So I have done this twice more, and restarted, and a few more appeared. So it seems the system takes its time to 'populate' the battery usage. NO need to panic initially.

Glad it worked, haven’t seen the issue on my X much but it was quite common on my previous SE, in the end I didn’t bother with a Force Restart when it happened because it usually got going again once I connected to charge in the evening, so just put up with the odd hours when it awol.

Regarding the “dogs”, must admit, had a little help from the pug 😁
