Does anyone use CT102464BF160B memory on Macbook Pro Mid 2012?

I followed this question with interest. So what I did was the following:

1. I bought one CT102464BF160B (mentioned as non-Mac compatible: Amazon.in: Buy Crucial CT102464BF160B 8GB 1600MHz DDR3L 204-Pin Laptop Memory Online at Low Prices in India | Crucial Re…) and one CT8G3S160BM (mentioned as Mac compatible: Amazon.in: Buy Crucial Technology 8GB DDR3L 1600 MHz PC3-12800 SODIMM 204 Pin Laptop Memory Online at Low Prices in Indi…)

2. I tried different combinations such as: a) Original 2GB + CT102464BF160B, b) Original 2GB + CT8G3S160BM, c) CT102464BF160B + CT8G3S160BM.

3. All the combinations work flawlessly.

I googled the part number you used in your subject line, wound up on the Crucial website, and input a mid 2012 MBP; here are the results showing it is compatible:

Then I did the same thing with the second RAM part number and it is compatible as well:

Which means you should not believe everything Amazon says - they are not computer experts, they are just a site which allows people to sell their goods.
