Walkie Talkie Sending Invite Issue

I found a fix to add to the many other fixes out there. On the device that gets “inviting....” not the one getting the message “this person needs to also have an Apple Watch” they or both devices can go to settings>general>reset>reset network Settings. Once the device or devices reset it will allow you to invite or receive invites. Please let me know if this works.

Accept invitation

1. Touch and hold the top of the watch face, then swipe down to open Notification Center.
2. Look for a notification from Walkie-Talkie, then tap it.
3. Tap Always Allow.
4. If you can't find the invitation, make sure that Do Not Disturb is off. Touch and hold the bottom of the watch face, then swipe up to open Control Center. If Do Not Disturb is on, tap .

Did not work, tried on two watched and two linked phones for myself and my partner.

Can send an invite, neither party receives invite.

Restarted both devices

Reset Network settings

No change, invite pending, nothing happens.

Hopefully Apple will fix in a software update

Use Walkie-Talkie on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

1. On your iPhone, open the Settings app, then tap FaceTime. Make sure that you're signed in with your Apple ID. Under You Can Be Reached By FaceTime At, make sure that your email address is selected.
2. Restart your Apple Watch.
3. Restart your iPhone.
4. Try to send the invitation again.
