hay day is not accepting my payment method

I have just gotten a new iPad with iOS 12.0. I tried to make a purchase but my app (Hay Day) declined the purchase. I know the information is correct in settings for my credit card, and I have logged out and back in to both iTunes and Hay Day With no success. Grateful for any help!
