Where/how to download Safari 12?

Where/how to download Safari 12?

I can't find a Safari 12 download anywhere.

* No updates listed in the App Store.

* Searching the App Store for "Safari" doesn't find it.

* Apple web page about Safari doesn't include a download link. Safari - Apple

* Apple developer download page is for the beta version. https://developer.apple.com/safari/download/

* Apple Support / Downloads page refers me to the the App Store. Update or reinstall Safari for your computer - Apple Support

* MacUpdate Safari 12 page redirects to Apple's page about Safari 12, which doesn't include a download link.

"About Safari" shows v11.1.2. App Store shows that it downloaded Safari 12 on Sep. 17. Then on Sep. 20 I installed High Sierra 10.13.6. Perhaps that overwrote my Safari 12 with Safari 11, which would be fine, except now I can't find a way to get Safari 12.

Try re-indexing Spotlight by excluding your hard drive and then remove it.

Spotlight – Re-index

The App Store uses it to know why is installed on the computer.

Just encountered this same problem after applying the High Sierra Supplemental Update 2 for 2018 MacBook Pros. iTunes and Safari's latest versions were available for download from the App Store's Software Update section before I applied the update, but disappeared afterward, and I can't get them back.
