Hi everyone, when I preordered my Xs Max through Apple, I paid for AppleCare, but today when I checked my AppleCare status on the phone, it says I'm eligible to purchase it but there's no sign that I already have it.
When I check my order status it indeed shows that I paid for AppleCare+, but it seems that it was not registered on the phone.
Help?

Try logging into the Check Coverage website to see if this information has been updated. There is a link on this website to contact Apple Support if the information hasn't been updated in the past 48 hours. Be sure to enable Find My iPhone on your device when you set it up.

Hi, I have the exact same problem and Find my iPhone has been enabled since I setup my iPhone last Friday upon receipt. It shows up in find my iPhone. Me too I have paid for it and it shows up on my invoice but when I check the coverage it says that I’m eligible to purchase covereag!
