Logic undo - threshold

The project I am working on is behaving erratically with regard to the undo command.

Instead of the usual undo options for various actions, when I hit "undo" I am seeing the word "threshold" with a number rather that the action I wish to undo. The action to be undone would usually be an audio recording.
