Can I link my iphone health data to my Apple watch?

When not wearing the Apple Watch, but carrying my iPhone, I can’t find how I can link the Health data back to the Watch Activity. Any ideas?

You don't. Activity from the Watch is synced back to the iPhone when they are in range and can be found in either the Activity App, or the Health App. But you don't sync phone activity to the watch.

iPhone activity appears in the Health App only. The Health App on your iPhone is the central hub for all data from all sources including the Apple Watch.
