How can I unsubscribe from Facetune app?

I used this app 4days in test period for free. But now without my permission they want to withdraw from my card 40$ per year of use. I daleted this program. And I didn’t want to buy subscription and haven’t do anything.

And now I can’t update other programs because of payment that I haven’t pay
